Hello Guys....,
My and My Spouse I-485 & FP, EAD and AP all checks cleared yesterday and I found the Receipt Number on Back of the Cleared Checks. But when I check the status on the USCIS System. It says check the receipt Number. Is any one face this type of problem....? Please advice. Thank you.

My I-94 expires in december 2010. I have an approved Advance parole till Dec 2011(I485 is pending). Is it required to travel outside the country and get a new I-94 ?

Yes he can apply for a TN again, no limit on the number of times alien can enter on TN. If he leaves while his COS is pending it will be considered to be abandonment of the petition.

Hi! I'm H1B holder and my company is willing to sponsor the green card. I'm coming from Eastern Europe (Moldova) and in US am working as software developer, I guess it's EB-3, right? I graduated in Romania Bachelor Degree in Mathematics & Computer Science (4 years) and Master Degree in Computer Science & Engineering (2 years). My work experience is more than 7 years. Hello sdouglas,
That is a problem with Swift and not with your PC configuration. I'm not sure why it would freeze or lockup when importing files. My best advice would be for you to uninstall Swift 3D and re-install it again. The problem should usually be solved. If the problem appears, it could be an error external to that of Swift.
Try re-installing your graphics card drivers if re-installing Swift does not solve the problem. If all else fails, try asking Electric Rain for help. It could be a bug =)

Hello all:
Applied for 140 transfer TSC June 2007. Have not heard anything since, I mean absolutely nothing. Is this due to the backlog?? I am starting to get worried as I checked my status and all it says is, the received date and that when there is update they will let us know.
Did any of you apply 140 transfer in TSC around that time? Any news on those? Any case that it could've been lost?
Big question to the experts is, what do I do to make sure they are working on it and my application is in queue.

Hi,
I have applied for my wife's AP with NSC today and She needs to travel on April 3rd. I wanted to know how long does it take these days for approval?
Also, if she does not get the AP by April 3rd she would be travelling anyway. Because, I can mail her the AP once we receive even after her departure as I am going to be here in US. My question is if she travels out of the country before the approval, would USCIS know about it and would it affect her application? And if it does not come at all, can she apply for H4 stamping in India and come back on it? Please let me know guys.

I am in a strange situation.
My attorney is about to file my I-1485 this week.
My details:
Previous company:
Perm PD: June 2006 EB2
I-140 EB2 approved in Nov/2006.
Current company:
PERM filed: Oct/24/2007
I-140 EB2 filed on Jan/31/2008
trying to recapture the old PD of June/2006.
Today, when I checked my I-140 status, it says "Request for Evidence sent" yesterday.
What are my options now? I do not know if I am eligible to go ahead and file my I-485 now ? What are the implications if I go ahead and file my I-485 now.? Please let me know your ideas.

My company applied for my H1B extn and after 3 months the status got changed to RFE... when the company lawyers recieved the letter, they reviewed it and emailed me the text below....
"Our office just received the Request for Additional Evidence from CIS by mail. What they requested in the letter is not applicable to your case and we believe CIS issued this RFE by mistake. We will respond to CIS to clarify this issue and will keep you informed if there is any update."
I have requested my company lawyers on the specifics...
Is it even possible to get an RFE by mistake? - (may be - yes)
have you seen any such instances?
